Frantoio dei Calanchi, tradition and innovation

Some stories are authentic, and this is an authentic story: the quality of the terroir, the majestic beauty of old olive trees, the freshness of the olives give the intense taste of the Olio dei Calanchi.

This is also the story of three people who decided to rediscover their origin, combining tradition and innovation. After their studies and some work experience in Italy and abroad, Quintino Viggiano, Emilio D’Amato and Giuseppe Perla decided to reconnect to the tradition of love for their homeland and respect for the environment.

From such an audacious idea was born the Frantoio dei Calanchi project, from growing olive trees to transforming their fruit in an high quality extra-virgin olive oil.
